A little gem in Assisi. As well as having top quality cold meats and cheeses, this restaurant has the heart and passion of the two guys who run it. The idea of letting people taste the products, including wine, is ingenious, to allow those who don't know them to choose the right raw material to put in their sandwich according to their tastes. The service you offer should be worth more for how good and precise it is. And the outside should also be inviting and give a glimpse of the goodness you offer inside. Che dire sono favolosi , entri e vieni accolto come se ti conoscessero da una vita e fosdi il loro migliore amico, ti fanno fare una serie di assaggi di prodotti tipici e salumi, dopo averti offerto un vino rosso di zona molto buono , poi alla fine decidi quale panino fare e se lo vuoi semplice quello a 5 euro con bottiglietta d’acqua , se cerchi qualcosa di più strutturato allora fai delle aggiunte e viene fuori un panino veramente eccezionale che poi degustare ,comodamente, nel muretto di fronte con una vista mozzafiato . La gentilezza e la professionalità dei ragazzi sono valori aggiunti in un mondo in cui è tutto molto freddo e scontato ! Grazie ancora !

A moment of true sensory and taste "enjoyment". The guy at the counter showed us and gave us a taste of 8 types of cold cuts and pecorino cheese, accompanied by Umbrian wine. We could imagine and then feel their goodness! Cost absolutely favorable!

One of the most beautiful places in Assisi to eat a good sandwich and taste the typical flavours of the place. Felix, the guy who served us the sandwiches, was of a unique kindness and made us taste the various salami and cheeses that are produced, before preparing the sandwiches. An UNFORGETTABLE experience!!! Definitely we will return! 👍👍👍👍
