Description
Obtained from selected meats, chosen from those softer and more voluptuous of the belly of the pig, is subjected to a very short aging of only one week, to make it so pasty, smooth and soft to be spread, as well as intended for a more traditional consumption.
Its paste is rich, pleasantly unctuous, enveloping, buttery: its creaminess makes it a mouth-watering product suitable for creative and imaginative uses in gourmet starters and layered glasses of cream.
The colour is bright coral pink, the scent is delicate and unmistakable; inside the casing, the paste is creamy and buttery, thanks to the short maturing time and the pleasantly fatty and rich texture of the chosen meats.
The taste is full and rich, perfectly balanced in its fatty and aromatic notes, melting and voluptuous.
It is impossible not to taste it, perhaps freshly cut, spread on a slice of bread baked in the oven, to appreciate the enveloping note of the fat, the aromatic note of the spices, the softness of the fine texture, the colour of the delicate coral pink.
