Definitely an experience to be repeated. Before choosing the sandwiches you are offered a glass of wine and a tasting with an explanation of all the cold cuts they have available. At the end of the meal, for 5€ you get a bottle of water and a really big sandwich with a sliced meat and a cheese of your choice (you have to add 1€ if you choose a particular cheese, which they will tell you in advance). Everything else that's taken is obviously paid for separately; we spent €60 on 8 sandwiches, 2 beers and 2 bags of biscuits. Highly recommended!

I had heard about it but never thought I would find a place like this. They offer a tasting of their local products so you can choose what to put on your sandwich. First quality products, at super fair prices. The staff is friendly and attentive to every need, even those of my children, not exactly easy customers. Today, then, was a great day, really nice weather. So lunch with a view (the view from up there over the valley is truly breathtaking). Highly recommended!

Taste assisi A small boutique of taste. The girls are very good and welcoming, even when there are long queues. The sandwich is very good, also because it makes use of the freshness of local artisan products. I won't say any more about the type of sandwich, the website speaks for itself. By the way, spectacular site, well done, clear without shadows or hidden things. Winning price not because it is low but because it is very honest in relation to the quality of the food and without surprises. Moreover, the strength of these two girls lies in the tastings. You don't choose the sandwich until after the tasting with explanation. Very good even the craft beer chosen to match (option) the sandwich. Cost in line for a craft. The only drawback, as already reported by other reviews, the small place that creates a queue outside and sometimes the sandwiches are finished with people still in line, but ..... but are expanding the local. You can also buy sandwiches and individual cold cuts/cheeses from home with home delivery. Let's give confidence to these two girls with a very well structured small business!
